1. Definition of target groups:
- Classification,
- Philosophy of work with target groups,
2. Integration, inclusion, segregation as concepts, used in work with selected groups of population,
3. Participation of adults in education:
- Social stratification.
- The role of education, also education of special groups of adults,
- Research on participation of adults in education,
- Factors of participation in education (sociological, psychological, economic),
- Research on motivation, models, theories of motivation;
4. Education of selected groups of adults, among them:
- Different age groups,
- Persons with lack of basic education,
- Employed people with inadequate education for work,
- Unemployed people,
- Persons with special needs (with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, visual and hearing impairments, speech disorders, etc.),
- Persons with long-term illness,
- Members of ethnic groups and nationalities, immigrants, refugees, members of different races,
- Prisoners,
- Managers (top managers, top professionals),
- Special professional groups (adult educators, etc.),
- Other at present groups of adults.
