English Grammar 2:
Students gain familiarity with the verb phrase in more detail. The course focuses on the basic concepts connected with the verb phrase, such as mood, tense and aspect as well as on reported speech, conditionals and modal verbs.
Special emphasis is given to the relationship between the structure, meaning and function. Students are encouraged to compare grammatical categories of English and Slovene and to consider the different ways of expressing selected elements of English grammar in Slovene.
