Alain de Botton
Dr. Maja Andrič, palynologist, is a researcher at Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts (ZRC SAZU), Institute of Archaeology.
She studies changes of the Lateglacial and Holocene environment, and human impact on the vegetation in the archaeological past. Her main research interests include an analysis of fossil pollen grains in wet sediments. In the last 17 years she (as researcher or project leader) worked on 13 multidisciplinary (palaeo/ecological and archaeological) national and international research projects. Dr. Andrič teaches at the Department of Archaeology (Faculty of Arts) since 2002.
