The course focuses on the social and psychological processes that take place in working environments. It represents the upgrade of the subject Organizational psychology:
(i) Organisation as an open system, life cycle of the organisation, changes in time
(ii) Organisational development and changes
(iii) Social context as a determinant of individual and group organisational behaviour
(iv) Vulnerable groups and work: historical and contemporary injustices, inclusion and discrimination prevention
(v) Selected Topics: attraction / selection / motivation / remuneration / retention of personnel through the perspective of organisational dynamics
